Segnalo questo bell’articolo da Core77 sull’importanza dell’experience design, in particolare ho trovato centratissima l’esortazione rivolta alle aziende affinchè si dotino di una "experience strategy" che porti a concepire i prodotti come "necessary artifacts to address customer needs" inseriti però in un ambito più ampio, appunto quelo della user experience.
